What the 2-year guarantee means
If moss or algae returns within two years, we’ll come back and re-treat the affected areas. It keeps your surface clear, but it doesn’t add a protective barrier to the tiles themselves.

Once cleaned and treated, a breathable impregnating sealer is applied. It soaks into the porous tiles and makes them water-repellent while still letting the surface breathe.
